Public Urged to Complete Community Health Survey
Wednesday April 18, 2012
The Metro Department of Public Health and Wellness is urging people who weren’t able to attend any of five meetings held last month to survey community perceptions of healthcare needs in Louisville to complete an on-line survey on the subject.
The survey is posted on the Metro Public Health and Wellness website at www.louisvilleky.gov/health. The survey is available in both English and Spanish.
“It’s important that people throughout our community go to our website and fill out the survey,” said Public Health and Wellness director Dr. LaQuandra Nesbitt. “We want to hear their experiences in accessing health services as well as their perceptions of quality of care. Data gathered from these meetings will be used to improve healthcare services in Louisville.”
