Councilwoman Shanklin hosts ACA Healthcare Enrollment event for those who want information about Kynect

Louisville – Councilwoman Barbara Shanklin (D-2) will host an informational enrollment session for anyone in District 2 who would like to more about Kynect, Kentucky’s Healthcare connection to the Affordable Care Act.

“If you have are looking for affordable health care and have heard about Kynect, this session is designed to help you enroll and learn what is available for you and your family,” says Shanklin.

The event is set for the Peace Presbyterian Church, 4210 East Indian Trail, from 2:00pm to 7:00pm on Tuesday, November 19th.

Councilwoman Shanklin is partnering with the KIPDA Kynector Program for the event. KIPDA Representatives will be able to answer questions and walk anyone through the enrollment process.

“There is a great deal of misinformation out there and I am sure there are some people who just don’t know how or where to start,” says Shanklin. “We can help get you started.”
