CANCELLED - Metro Councilman Benson to Host Flu Shot Clinic on November 2nd

We just received word that the flu manufacturer will not be able to provide enough vaccines for our event, therefore we are cancelling the flu shot clinic. The VNA (Visiting Nurse Association) may be able to obtain the H1N1 vaccine but we do not have a date as of yet. As soon as are alerted we will send out notification of the future event.
LOUISVILLE, KY; Metro Councilman Stuart Benson (District 20) invites residents get their flu shot on Monday, November 2 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and noon at the Louisville Pizza Company (3910 Ruckriegel Parkway).
In addition to getting your winter flu shot, residents are also invited to join Louisville Metro Councilman Benson and Jeffersontown Councilman Ray Perkins at Noon for discussion on the goings on in District 20 and Jeffersontown and even a bite to eat.
Persons attending the clinic are advised to please bring either check or cash for payment. Medicare B and some Medicare Advantage Plans and Passport Advantage Plans can be accepted. Flu Shots will be administered for $25. Lunch for each person attending lunch with Councilman Benson will cost $6.95 for both pizza buffet and a drink. Residents are encouraged to RSVP to the office of District 20 Councilman Stuart Benson by calling at 574-1120 or via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org by October 29 to reserve your shot(s).
