August 1, 2012 Meeting Cancellation Notice

On July 24, 2012, the District announced that it would be hosting stakeholder meetings on July 25, 2012, and August 1, 2012, to discuss changes to Regulation 2.08 Fees. Following the July 25, 2012, meeting, a decision was made to cancel the meeting scheduled for August 1, 2012, and to reschedule it after drafts of the proposed regulations are available.

Once prepared, drafts of the proposed regulations will be sent for informal and formal review to all persons who have requested to be informed of proposed changes to any District regulations; EPA Region 4; and the Kentucky Division for Air Quality. During the formal comment period, pursuant to Regulation 1.08, Administrative Procedures, the public will have a 30-day period in which to make written comments and an opportunity to speak at a public hearing prior to adoption of the regulations.
