CafePress Adds 50 Jobs to Louisville HQ With New Customer Service Call Center

CafePress, The World's Customization Engine®, announces it will add 50 staff members by the end of June at their main production facility in Louisville, Kentucky with the addition of a new customer service call center. Local media are invited to attend a media event at CafePress on Friday, May 31 to hear CEO Bob Marino and Louiville Mayor Greg Fischer discuss the new customer service call center and its impact on the local economy and job market. Media also will have opportunities for one-on-one interviews and to shoot photos/videos of the call center.
“This expansion is reflective of our continued growth and ongoing commitment to the community,” says Marino. “We are delighted to continue to invest in the skills and talents of the local workforce.”
Currently, the main CafePress production facility is staffed with 320 hourly employees. The increase brings its staff to 370 hourly employees. This substantial influx of workers will increase the work force by 15.6%.
