LOUISVILLE - District 11 Councilman, Kevin Kramer, has mailed a 36 page report providing updates and information for the various neighborhoods and other groups to the many neighborhood and home owners associations located in District 11. This report is unique as the report was primarily written by citizen leaders for the benefit of neighboring groups. This report titled “District 11: Neighborhoods Update” was compiled with the help of the many neighborhood association presidents and other community leaders of District 11. It provides each reader with a map of the various neighborhoods, reports from each of the neighborhoods, safety tips from representatives from the public safety sector and listings of frequently used governmental phone numbers. “Neighborhood association leaders can gain a lot of insight into how other associations run to better plan their own, it is essentially a session of networking for neighborhood leaders on paper." - Meghann Frederick, President of Breckenridge Estates Neighborhood Association “The goal for government merger was to bring people closer and to assist everyone in gaining a greater understanding of their neighbors and the area in which they live. The goal of this report is to assist others by sharing what is going on within their associations and neighborhoods. This sharing of information is expected to allow neighborhood leaders to improve their communities by implementing the best practices of others.” -Louisville Metro Councilman Kevin Kramer This report is expected to be released twice annually and will be made available to anyone who contacts the office of District 11 Councilman Kevin Kramer at 574-1111 or <>
