District 21 will play host to the next Mayor’s Community Conversation on Monday, July 16th at Male High School.
“I want to welcome Mayor Abramson and Metro Government to the district,” says Councilman Dan Johnson (D) 21. “I will be on hand to talk with anyone about a problem they may have or answer any question. If they want to come by and just say hi, that’s fine too.”
The July event will get underway beginning at 6:30pm. Male High School is located at 4409 Preston Highway.
Mayor Jerry Abramson will bring representatives of Metro Government and other agencies to the school. Council members Barbara Shanklin (D) 2, Jim King (D) 10 and Madonna Flood (D) 24 are expected to attend the event.
“This is a good opportunity for folks to come out and see all that this Metro Government provides,” says Johnson. “Many people do not know how to get some problems solved or who is in charge of what. This way they can find out and talk to the key people who run the city of Louisville.”
