The program will offer a $1000 scholarship for the 2007-2008 academic school year to a high school senior who has shown leadership and community involvement in the District.

Those high school seniors who wish to apply should pick up an application form from the District 10 office or go to www.louisvilleky.gov. An application can be downloaded from the Council web page by clicking Councilman King’s link.

Application must be filled out and returned before May 15th. Each application will be reviewed and a scholarship winner will be announced on May 30th, 2007.
