Those who wish to address the Committee will be able to sign up one hour before the public hearing at 5:30pm. The will be a sign up table for speakers on the Third Floor of Historic City Hall. No telephone calls or emails will be accepted. This will be on a first come basis.
Those who wish to address with committee will have three minutes to speak. Any letters or written statement may be submitted for those who are unable to attend the public hearing.
“I want to encourage everyone who has a comment on the flash flooding as it pertains to how this situation can be improved to come and talk to us,” says Green. “We are looking at many areas and hopefully our recommendations will help make this kind of disaster easier for everyone to deal with.”
