The seminar will start at 6:30 p.m. and will be lead by Councilman Hawkins. Councilman Hawkins will be joined by Special Agent David J. Beyer (Federal Bureau of Investigation), Dr. Tony L. The seminar will last approximately 2 hours, with plenty of time for questions and answers at the conclusion of each segment. This seminar is free to the public, but only open to parents, guardians and educators due to the nature of some of the topics being discussed.
