Councilman Kramer To Host International Safety Fair

Louisville, KY - Louisville Metro Councilman Kevin Kramer, in conjunction with the Office for International Affairs, will host an International Reception and Safety Fair this Thursday, August 18th from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. The event will take place at the Buechel Fire Station, located at 4101 Bardstown Road. Representatives from the Metro Louisville Police and Fire Departments, LG&E and Metro Government will be on hand to provide information on safety. The Office for International Affairs will provide assistance with interpretation. The reception will offer an opportunity for international residents to learn about the public safety infrastructure and to meet their neighbors.

Councilman Kramer’s office has been distributing flyers throughout his district promoting the event. Flyers have been printed in English, Spanish and Bosnian. Food, drink and live entertainment will be provided at the reception.
