Louisville – Councilwoman Vicki Aubrey Welch is issuing an invitation for residents of District 13 to come out and have “Coffee with your Councilwoman” on Saturday, August 11th.

“I want to make sure everyone has a chance to come out and let me know if you have a concern or want to talk about any issue facing Metro Government,” says Welch. “My assistant and I will be on hand to listen and help with neighborhood concerns.”

The event will be held at the First String Family Sports Grill, 5921 New Cut Road. The event begins at 9:30am

“Coffee with your Councilwoman” is an opportunity to ask questions about Louisville Metro Government. You can also raise concerns about your neighborhood. Do you have an important issue facing the community you would like to share? Let the Councilwoman know about it.

“We have many new programs underway in the District and in South and Southwest Louisville such as the New Cut Rd Corridor Study and the New Cut Trolley Hop. I would like for everyone to learn about what’s going on,” says Welch. “And if you don’t have an issue or concern, just come out and say ‘Hi’.”
