Louisville – District 13’s next “Coffee with your Councilwoman” is set for Saturday, April 20th and Councilwoman Vicki Aubrey Welch invites residents to come out and learn about issues, updates and events going on in the area.

“Springtime is always busy and there are several fun events coming up I would like for people to know about including the return of the New Cut Trolley Hop and the Ramble for the Roses,” says Welch. “But this is also a chance to talk over ideas or any issue of concern on your mind.”

The event will be held at the First String Family Sports Grill, 5921 New Cut Road beginning at 9:30am. The coffee is free and a reasonably priced breakfast is offered for those who would like to eat.

“Coffee with your Councilwoman” is an opportunity to ask questions about Louisville Metro Government. You can also raise concerns about your neighborhood. Do you have an important issue facing the community you would like to share? Let the Councilwoman know about it.

“There is no formal agenda, just come in and meet with me face to face,” says Welch. “Come by even if you just want to say hi.”

For more information about April’s “Coffee with Your Councilwoman”, contact the Councilwoman’s office at 574-1113.
