Louisville, KY –Louisville Metro Councilmen Kevin Kramer (District 11) will host a forum on the many historic homes of Louisville’s 11th Metro Council District. This forum will serve as a follow-up to a recent television program on the Metro Television (Insight Channel 25) show “11 Historic Homes in District 11”.
Councilman Kramer will moderate a panel of local historians, historic property owners and neighborhood archivists on the historical significance of Hikes Point, Buechel, and Jeffersontown.
Date of Forum: Tuesday, April 24, 2007
Time: 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Location: 3701 St. Michael Church Drive
Light refreshments will be served during the program, with various books on Louisville History available for sale during the event. The Historic Homes Forum is free to all people interested in learning more about the historical significance of their neighborhood.
