Louisville, KY – Metro Councilman Kevin Kramer (District 11) will host a neighborhood meeting on the creation of a unified neighborhood association or block watch for the residents of Mid Dale and Klondike Lanes. This neighborhood meeting is scheduled for Thursday, June 7, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. and will be held at Canaan Christian Church’s Family Life Center (2840 Hikes Lane). Representatives from the Louisville Department of Neighborhoods and the Louisville Metro Police Department will join Councilman Kevin Kramer as they address resident’s questions and discuss the possibility of creating a unified neighborhood association.

The efforts to create a Neighborhood Association for Mid Dale and Klondike are a result of recent concerns expressed to the office of District 11 Councilman Kevin Kramer as he walked the neighborhood in April of this year. Councilman Kramer has successfully worked with the Metro Department of Neighborhoods to establish 3 Neighborhood Associations within his District 11. Mid Dale and Klondike Lane Residents will be receiving an invitation over course of next week. For more information, contact the District 11 office at 574-1111 or via e-mail at Kevin.kramer@louisvilleky.gov.
