Due to renovations, Frost Middle School will host the annual Sun Valley Children’s Halloween Party on Friday, October 24th.

“This is a fun celebration for children in the area and this year we had to find a temporary location and we still plan to have fun for children and their parents,” says Councilman Bob Henderson (D-14).

Metro Parks sponsors the annual party along with Henderson and the Southwest Festival Committee. Normally, the party would be held at the Community Center at Sun Valley. But because of renovations to the Center, Frost Middle School stepped up to host.

The party will get underway at 6:30pm and admission is one bag of candy per child.

The event will include a haunted house, bounce houses with slides and trick or treat stations.

“If you are looking for a safe way to have some Halloween fun, then I would hope you would bring the family and come out and enjoy yourself,” says Henderson.

Frost Middle School is located at 13000 Sandray Boulevard. For more information, call the Sun Valley Community Center at 937-8802.
