Neighborhood Place Back to School Events

With the start of the new school year only a few weeks away, parents and children all across our community are starting to make preparations. Several Neighborhood Place locations have organized Back to School events to help families get started on the right foot.

Thanks to the support of numerous partners and vendors, there are several upcoming events which will provide a variety of activities and services such as educational workshops, school supply giveaways, financial counseling, health screenings and more. For specific information about each location, please contact the individual Neighborhood Place sites listed below:

“Our staff is very excited to be a part of these valuable events again this year”, said Cassandra Miller, Program Manager for the Neighborhood Place. “We are proud to provide educational resources to help children succeed in school, especially for those individuals who are most in need in our community”.

Louisville’s Neighborhood Place -- a partnership of Louisville Metro Government, Jefferson County Public Schools, Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services and Seven Counties -- provide one-stop locations which bring together health care, education, employment and social services.
