On January 13, 2010, the following members were promoted to the next level of their career in a ceremony held by the Louisville Division of Fire.

Captain William H. Davis promoted to Fire District Chief, with the rank of Major, and assigned to Fourth District, Platoon 3.

Captain James W. Frederick promoted to Fire District Chief, with the rank of Major, and assigned to First District, Platoon 3.

Captain Gary K. McCauley promoted to Fire District Chief, with the rank of Major, and assigned to Second District, Platoon 1.

Captain Kirby D. Martin promoted to Fire District Chief, with the rank of Major, and assigned to Third District, Platoon 2.

Sergeant William J. McMillen promoted to Fire Company Commander, with the rank of Captain, and assigned to the 2nd Distric,t Platoon 1.

Sergeant Aaron G. Jarrell promoted to Fire Company Commander, with the rank of Captain, and assigned to Engine 22, Platoon 2.

Sergeant Toby D. Mathes promoted to Fire Company Commander, with the rank of Captain, and assigned to First District, Platoon 1.

Sergeant Mark A. Reeder promoted to Fire Company Commander, with the rank of Captain, and assigned to TeleSqurt 21, Platoon 1.

Sergeant Christopher A. Thompson promoted to Fire Company Commander, with the rank of Captain, and assigned to First District, Platoon 2.

Sergeant Michael J. Zeller promoted to Fire Company Commander, with the rank of Captain, and assigned to Engine 22, Platoon 1.

Firefighter Kevin D. Brown promoted to Fire Apparatus Operator, with the rank of Sergeant, and assigned to Engine 2, Platoon 1.

Firefighter William R. Smith promoted to Fire Apparatus Operator, with the rank of Sergeant, and assigned to Engine 19, Platoon 3.

Firefighter Christopher L. Wahl promoted to Fire Apparatus Operator, with the rank of Sergeant, and assigned to Engine 15, Platoon 2.

Mr. Carl E. Beaver promoted to Fire Apparatus Mechanic II, and assigned to the Automotive Service Facility.
