Councilman David Tandy (D-4) and Central High School are ready to welcome the public and Mayor Jerry Abramson for one on one conversation on Monday, September 15th.
“Metro Government is no stranger to Central High School,” says Tandy. “Central is happy to welcome back the Community Conversation and I hope everyone will come out and let us know what concerns might be out there as we head into the fall of the year.”
On the third Monday of every month, Council members, Abramson and representatives of Metro Government visit a Council District to make themselves available to talk to the public about issues or problems. September’s event will take place in the Central High School Gym, 1130 West Chestnut Street beginning at 6:30pm.
Joining Tandy, will be Council President Jim King (D-10) and Council members Judith Green (D-1), Cheri Bryant Hamilton (D-5) and George Unseld (D-6).
“This Metro Government is here to serve the public,” says Tandy. “Everyone has priorities on what government should be doing and we need to hear about those concerns.”
