District 23 Councilman James Peden Sponsors Friday Fest at Highview Park

Louisville, KY – Metro Councilman James Peden (District 23) is sponsoring a free summer concert series at Highview Park based on the success of the former Music in the Metro. Friday Fest at Highview Park starts on July 6, gates will open at 5:00 p.m. and music will begin at 5:30 p.m. with performances by Eight Inch Elvis and Fade to Grey. Local vendors will be on hand with a variety of food options, and people are encouraged to bring a chair or blanket to enjoy the show. The event is open to the public, family friendly, and free.

Highview Park is located at 7201 Outer Loop, and people are encouraged to enter through Briscoe Lane. Events will be held every other Friday according to the schedule listed below:
