Louisville – Councilwoman Attica Scott (D-1) is inviting residents of District 1 to come out for the next “Ask Attica” Community Conversation on Wednesday, February 27th.
“This will be our first quarterly 'Ask Attica' of the year and it will be a chance for me to update everyone, especially folks in Southwest Louisville, on where we are with various programs in the district,” says Scott.
Representatives of Metro Government agencies including LMPD, Code Enforcement, Solid Waste Management, Metro Animal Services, Lake Dreamland Fire, MSD, Metro Safe, Economic Growth & Innovations, Community Services & Revitalization, Metro Public Works, TARC and the Air Pollution Control Board will be on hand to answer any questions or concerns residents of District 1 may have about a problem or issue.
“We get a number of calls in the office from people who live outside of the Urban Services District so we are bringing our Community Conversation to their front door to answer some of those questions,” says Scott.
“Ask Attica” will be held at the Pleasant Valley Lions Club at 6000 Lions Arm Drive near the corner of Cane Run Road and Greenbelt Highway/Terry Road beginning at 6:00pm.
For more information, contact Councilwoman Scott’s office at 574-1101.
