Chickasaw Park will take on the feel of a creepy, eerie haunted night but it’s all in fun for the children of District 1. Some Chickasaw residents and Councilwoman Judith Green (D-1) will play host to a Halloween Party on Friday, October 31st.
“I am looking forward to a fun and safe night for children and their parents,” says Green. “We have a great many scary things planned but it all in good fun.”
The main feature of the party will be a Haunted House at the Chickasaw Lodge. But the event will also feature hot dogs, juice and candy as well as music and games.
“The Chickasaw residents are to be commended for all the work they do throughout the community,” says Green. “I think it is great that they take the time to let children have some fun on Halloween.”
The event will be held from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. The lodge at Chickasaw Park is located at 1200 Southwestern Parkway.
