Office For Women
The Louisville Metro Office for Women (OFW) uses advocacy and policy to improve the status of women in the Louisville Metro area. OFW a Public Policy, Advocacy & Coummunity Outreach office within the Louisville Metro Department of Community Services and Revitalization.
The OFW's broad focus includes issues that affect women's physical and mental health, social and economic well-being, employment, housing, political involvement, legal issues, and safety issues such as domestic violence and abuse.
OFW's objectives include working to ensure all services and activities are culturally competent and acknowledge and respect the growing diversity in Louisville Metro.
