Small and Disadvantaged Business Loan Program - Provides up to 50% of project costs, or $100,000, in gap financing to ethnic, minority, or women-owned businesses with a fixed rate as low as 5%.
MBE/FBE/HBE Certification - If your business is a sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation, joint venture or any other business entity that is at least fifty-one percent (51%) owned and controlled by a minority (or a group of minorities), by a woman (or a group of women) or by a person with a disability (or by a group of people with disabilities), your business can be certified as a Minority Owned, Female Owned or Handicapped Owned Business Enterprise.
