KentuckianaWorks:
One-Stop Career Centers: The KentuckianaWorks One-Stop Career Centers, operated by Jefferson Community and Technical College, are designed to be the first stop for Louisville area residents who want to make changes in their working lives. This is the place to get help building a resume, finding places to get job training and connect to a better job. Not only do the One-Stops help job seekers, but employers can reach out, too, to help find good employees. Currently there are six One-Stops in Jefferson County, one in both Shelby and Bullitt County. Through a new partnership with the eight Neighborhood Places and a new location opening in Jeffersontown, more One-Stops are scheduled to open in July 2008.

Transportation Services:The Nia Center is a major TARC hub, and can help you get to school, work or to a job interview.
Available services include:
- Nia Night Owl Service for transportation service to employment available 11 p.m. - 5 a.m.
- Expanded Saturday hours from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
- Accessible services for seniors and people with disabilities
- TARC Fare$aver tickets and monthly passes
- Bus schedules, maps and I.D. cards
