Tina has a Masters Degree in Justice Administration from the University of Louisville where she received an award from the Southern Criminal Justice Association for her work on Intimate Homicides. She served as victim advocate in the Commonwealth’s Attorney’s on the Office Domestic Violence and Child Sexual Abuse Unit. Currently, Tina is active on the Board of Directors for Women 4 Women; the Mayor’s Domestic Violence Prevention Coordinating Council, and the MensWork Advisory Board.

Chris Owens has been with the Office For Women since March 2005.

Her duties include Community Outreach, Communication, and overseeing the Safe Havens (Louisville Visitation & Exchange Center) program. She has worked to better connect women in Louisville Metro through Louisville Women’s Listserv and the OFW web pages.

Chris has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Leadership, Secondary Education, and recently graduated from Webster University with a Master of Arts in Media Communication.
