About PARC
The Parking Authority of River City (PARC) provides public parking to meet the existing and future needs of the community. With 12 garages and 4 lots in and around the central business district, tot aling more than 9,000 off-street and 5,000 on-street spaces, PARC ensures its operations are run in an efficient, safe, convenient, and user-friendly manner.
Addressing specific community needs, PARC has these divisions: Off-street parking (Garages and Lots), On-street parking (meters), Parking Enforcement—working in unison to create a better parking experience.
