Become a Mystery Parker
One of PARC's major objectives is to provide high quality customer service for all our parking patrons. We at the Parking Authority make every effort to closely monitor the service and quality provided at all of our facilities, but there are times when incidents do go undetected unless they are brought to our attention. It is a tremendous help when patrons take the time to bring concerns or problems to our attention so that we can take corrective action.
To accomplish this, PARC has introduced the "Mystery Parker Program". This program allows PARC to better monitor its facilities through the use of day-to-day parkers like yourself. By getting feed-back from our customers, we can better address the public's parking needs.
