Mystery Parker Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Mystery Parker!

There are currently three types of Mystery Parkers that the Parking Authority is seeking:  Off-street Mystery Parker, On-street Mystery Parker and Management Mystery Parker.

Off-street facilities consists of all PARC garages and surface parking lot locations.  The duties of this type of mystery parker will be to rank the standards of appearance, cleanliness, attitude and over-all experience parking in one of these locations. 

Compensation for this type of Mystery Parker consist of reimbursment for the daily parking expenses (receipt required) as well as a free parking pass for the customer's next visit to any of our off-street parking facilities.

On-street facilities consists of all parking meters, loading zones, passenger pick-up zones, enforcement officers and meter staff.  The duties of this type of mystery parker will be to rank the staff's standards of appearance, attitude, as well as the operation of the parking meters.

Compensation for this type of Mystery Parker consist of a $5.00 SmartCard to be used at the parking meters.
 
Management Mystery Parker (click here to view survey)
Management staff consist of PARC management and contract management staff.  The duties of this type of mystery parker will be to rank one of PARC's management staff offices based on appearance, attitude, professionalism and over-all experience.

Compensation for this type of Mystery Parker consist of a free parking pass for the customer's next visit to any of our off-street parking locations or a $5.00 SmartCard to be used at the parking meters.

There are a limited number of Mystery Parkers that will be accepted in a calendar month.  Once PARC has received your e-mail expressing interest in becoming a Mystery Parker, you will be contacted on your qualifications to become a Mystery Parker.
