The applications and a few of the submittal requirement documents are formatted so that you can download them, fill them out, and then print. You cannot save the version you have typed on, but you can print it out.
New Notification Procedure: Applicants are now responsible for mailing notices provided to them by Planning and Design Services staff. An outline of the new policy and the required affidavit are linked below. Applications are being updated to reflect this new policy.

Refund Policy: No refunds will be provided for pre-applications. Requests for refunds for other other submittals should be made in writing and directed to the case manager for consideration.
Applications need to be submitted to the Customer Service Desk of Planning and Design Services, located on the third floor of the Metro Development Center - 444 S. Fifth Street.
