Chapter 7 Revision – Buffer yard Requirement - Case 8507
The Planning Commission reviewed proposed revisions to Chapter 7 of the Land Development Code (Subdivision Regulations) to require a 30 foot perimeter buffer yard for new single family residential subdivisions adjacent to existing large single family residential lots (5 acres or larger). The Louisville Metro Planning Commission conducted a public hearing, and voted on May 17 to send this to the Planning Committee for additional discussion on Thursday, June 14th at 10:00 a.m. at the courtroom of the Old Jail Building, 514 W. Liberty Street. This review will include newly proposed language.
