The Louisville-Jefferson County Metro Government Standard Drawings serve as a guide to construction contractors who perform work within the public confines of the Louisville Metropolitan Area.
The drawings are applicable to the extent permitted by other prevailing regulations such as:
- The Metro Land Development Code (LDC)
- American with Disabilities Act (ADA)
- Louisville Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD)
- Kentucky Department of Highways (AASHTO)
- Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), ETC
The Director of Louisville Metro Public Works, County Engineer, or their designees reserve the right to amend, interpret, or waive the requirements shown in these standard drawings as may be applicable to individual conditions.
