Facilities Management is responsible for the oversight and maintenance of 200 Metro-owned facilities with a combined square footage of over 3,000,000.  This work includes:

  • HVAC
  • Roofing
  • Custodial
  • Electrical
  • Graffiti Removal
  • Window Cleaning
  • Monument and Statue Repair
  • Plumbing
  • Office Relocation and Landscaping 
The customer service representatives recieve an average of 1000 service requests per month which are responded to within 72 hours. Our Mission is to provide a safe environment, an efficient work place and work force, in a professional and positive manner to our customers.
