Metro Fleet Services performs the specification, intake, maintenance, repair, and disposition activities related to Metro's fleet of vehicles and equipment. Fleet composition is very diverse, ranging from sedans and pickup trucks, to garbage packers, street sweepers, and tandem axle dump trucks. In total, Fleet Services has responsibility for more than 4,400 items (2,600 vehicles).

Fleet Services has a technical staff of 49, located at 2 Metro locations: 935 Logan Street and 3528 Newburg Road. In addition, both locations contain a contractor-operated parts facility with counter, driver, and management staffs.
