MetroCall 311 Online offers a fast, simple and convenient way to obtain information or request a service from Louisville Metro Government. Just click here or on the picture below to access their online reporting form.
Using MetroCall Online is easy! Just choose a problem from the drop-down menu, describe the problem in detail, and enter the address of the problem. On the second page, you'll be asked to enter your contact information incase Public Works needs to get in touch with you to clarify any questions.
Please note that if you do not have an exact address for problem, the using the online reporting tool may not be the best option. In this case, call MetroCall at 311 or 502-574-5000 and report the problem to one of the operators.
