Due to the passage of state legislation relating to occupational license taxes, the Louisville Metro Revenue Commission is proposing revisions to Section 110 of the Louisville/Jefferson County Metro Code of Ordinances.
Please refer to the attached Occupational License Tax Bulletin.

If adopted, these proposed revisions will be effective for reporting periods beginning on or after July 1, 2008.
