The Metro Waste Management District is seeking public comment on a proposed amendment to the Metro Louisville-Jefferson County Host Agreement for Outer Loop Recycling and Disposal Facility. The amendment establishes a demonstrable method to determine the bioreactor recovery rate. Copies of the proposed amendment are available at the Division of Solid Waste Management, 600 Meriwether Ave., Louisville, Ky., 40217, 502-574-3290.
A public hearing to receive comments will be held at:
