- Pedestrian on interstate darting into roadway.
- Pedestrian wearing dark clothing crossing against signal.
- Inattention on part of driver who struck pedestrian walking in roadway.
- Inattention on part of driver who struck pedestrian walking in roadway (hit and run).
- Alcohol involvement by pedestrian wearing dark clothing crossing roadway.
- Vehicle being pursued by police hit and killed two pedestrians crossing in crosswalk.
- Alcohol involvement by pedestrian stumbling in roadway.
