Metro Technology Services provides state-of-the-art, cost-effective telecommunications and information technology services to the agencies and departments of Louisville Metro Government.  We also manage and administer the official website of Louisville Metro Government, www.louisvilleky.gov.

Mission and Vision
MTS will be the preferred partner and provider of technology to Louisville Metro. We;

  • clearly understand our Customers' goals and objectives and strategically align our services with our Customers and partners to enable Louisville Metro Goverment to provide valuable services to the community 
  • adapt and adjust to customers needs within a published and compliant set of architectural standards for the technology infrastructure
  • partner with our Customers to proactively enhance their departmental business processes
  • maximize existing and future technology investments
  • continually increase technology awareness and knowledge; and
  • utilize data-driven trend analysis to anticipate both new technologies and new users of technology for the betterment of Metro initiatives.
