To submit an open records request to Louisville Metro Government, you should send your request to the appropriate Louisville Metro agency that would keep the records you are seeking.  See our Contact Us page for agency name, phone number and website.

Your request should be as specific as possible to help the record-keeper identify what exists to meet your request.
