The Louisville Metro Community Action Partnership (LMCAP) develops and coordinates programs to combat poverty-related issues that affect the citizens of Louisville Metro.
Through our Utility Assistance, Nutrition and Senior programs, LMCAP offers services and programs for low-income residents of all ages throughout our community.

Applications for the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Subsidy Program are currently being accepted now through December 12, 2008.
Please make an appointment at the nearest Community Action Partnership office between 8:30 a.m. – 1 p.m., Monday – Friday to apply for the LIHEAP program. (Note: East Office is open Monday – Thursday only.) Click here for details.
