The Louisville Metro Community Action Partnership (LMCAP) develops and coordinates programs to combat poverty-related issues that affect the citizens of Louisville Metro.
Through our Education and Employment Services, Utility Assistance, Nutrition and Senior programs, LMCAP offers services and programs for low-income residents of all ages throughout our community.
