No Derby Cruising on Broadway
For the safety of our citizens, Mayor Jerry Abramson has announced that Derby cruising, which has been marked by increasing violence and lawlessness, will not be allowed to continue. To prevent the gridlock caused by cruising, police officers will divert traffic from West Broadway and ensure cars continue moving along nearby streets. All Louisville Metro ordinances and state laws regarding disorderly behavior, loitering, drinking in public and noise will be enforced.
