FINANCIAL PARTNER ENGAGEMENT
Chair: Adam Hall
Strengthen mainstream financial partnerships; track and advise on national trends and best practices; and continue to explore financial products and information that meet the needs of the unbanked and underbanked in our community.


COMMUNITY PARTNER ENGAGEMENT
Co-Chairs: Julia Inman, Ed Fallon
Strengthen and expand partnerships with non-profits and community-based organizations and seek opportunities to raise awareness throughout the community; recommend creative ways to partner and support the effort; and generate recommendations for outreach.


EMPLOYER PARTNER ENGAGEMENT
Chair: Jacqueline Pennington
Campaign and recruit area businesses to participate in BOL in order to increase the financial stability of their employees; determine best practice; and mentor new business partners.


OUTCOMES/EVALUATION
Co-Chairs: Lisa Locke, John Nevitt
Track and report impacts of efforts from all available data sources; determine measurable goals and objectives – answers the “So What?”question; advises committees on data needs and assist with survey development and reporting.


DIVERSE POPULATIONS
Co-Chairs: David Dutschke
Identify ways to address barriers and needs of specific populations (ESL, aging, disabled, youth, homeless, etc.) as it relates to financial stability; look for opportunities to expand outreach and increase awareness throughout the community.


FINANCIAL EDUCATION
Co-Chairs: Darrell Aniton, Janet Fulton
Provide and identify opportunities to develop financial skills sets of individuals leading to financial self-sufficiency which include: budgeting; checking; savings; retirement; homeownership; credit and debt management; and predatory lending.
