- 3343-3407 Camp Ground Road - 17 acres of vacant and unimproved land, zoned EZ-1. MSD has ingress/egress easement to gain access to sewer system on site, with few building restrictions.
- 535-611 Meriwether Avenue - 3.2 acres of vacant and unimproved land, zoned M-3 and EZ-1. The area is one that Louisville Metro has targeted as an inner-city small industrial park, and one that already has some government infrastructure support suitable for light industry.
