The Industrial and Commercial Development Division focuses on redeveloping and converting older industrial sites into valuable community assets.
Its goal is to create jobs within areas of disinvestment by identifying and assembling marketable land for commercial and industrial redevelopment, which supports the West Louisville business retention and expansion activities.
The Division also provides assistance in identifying environmental problems associated with a property that is sought by businesses for startup, relocation or expansion.
