The City of Louisville, Hogan Real Estate and The Cordish Company are proud to announce plans for the Fourth Street Live! Grand Opening Celebration on Halloween weekend - October 30 and 31. The celebration marks the official opening of the 350,000 square foot dining, retail and entertainment district. Focused around a central open air main plaza area, the district creates a user-friendly meeting area and a true “living room” for downtown.

"We have successfully completed 4th Street Live!," said Mayor Jerry Abramson. "We have witnessed a transformation of our downtown. The Cordish Company and 4th Street Live! are an important part of making that happen."
