The owner of a building in the redeveloping East Broadway corridor has been awarded a low-interest loan from Louisville Metro Government.

Will Sieg III will use the $31,104 façade loan to renovate a building he owns at 802 E. Broadway. The building has an antiques store on the first floor, which will expand to the second floor, and Sieg lives on the third floor.

The loan will provide new windows, painting and tuck pointing.
