Park Hill Industrial Corridor
The Louisville Metro Economic Development Department is leading a major public-private initiative to develop a master plan that will redefine a 1,400-acre industrial area near Louisville's city center to stimulate job creation.
A series of meetings, interview and other outreach are now underway to gather input that will feed into the creation fo the Park Hill Industrial Corridor "implementation strategy" - to guide public and private improvements and development in this corridor that now includes several former manufacturing sites, closed industrial facilities and under-utilized properties.
