Retail Market Plan

Strategy 5 conducted a $50,000 Retail Market Plan of the entire Louisville/Jefferson County geography, looking at what kinds of retail services exist at current locations, and where specific kinds of retail services could be added for improving neighborhood-serving purposes.

This study has defined a minimum standard for neighborhood retail service and indicates the needed retail infrastructure (what kind of retail services, where they would best be situated, and in what quantity) that is needed throughout Louisville to support our current and growing population.
