FINANCIAL INCENTIVES – The city's economic development team can assist you throughout the incentives process. We have extensive experience with Kentucky's generous incentive programs , which were further expanded in 2009 with the passage of the Kentucky Business Investment Act (KBI). Benefits are available for all types of companies - new, existing and relocating; regional and national headquarters; back-office; distribution and supply chain; manufacturing; and research and development.
Louisville Metro also has local incentives and administers the METCO loan program, which assists with start-up capital, capital improvements to commercial and public properties.
